Background
I am using Jira ‘Planner’ & trying to sync this tool with Jira.
Issue
When I select the “Sync with Jira” button, I see the below error message. The impact is that I am not able to sync the Planner tool with Jira, hence I am not able to view Jira cards using the Planner tool.
According to my ‘Apps & Integrations’, it shows Jira is connected to my account. I have tried disconnecting Jira and then reconnecting Jira again, but it does not fix the issue.
Are you able to please help me to understand what I can do to resolve this issue?
