Miro is slow and buggy

Just started to use mrio and its fine one moment. Then out of now where it will get stuck, tell me to refresh and will keep reloading itself. I am on the web app version. I tried to send an email (per their document) to support@help.miro.com with the logs information but it got rejected? Is it just me or?
