Could you please try the following steps to see if they resolve the issue with the Miro add-on not starting in Google Meet?

1. Make sure third-party cookies are allowed in your browser settings — the add-on won’t load if they’re blocked.

2. Disable extensions (especially ad blockers or privacy blockers) temporarily and retry.

3. Try another browser (like Chrome in incognito mode) or update your browser to the latest version.

4. If your organization uses Google Workspace, ask your admin to confirm that the Miro add-on is allowed under Workspace Marketplace apps.

If it still doesn’t start after these checks, could you please share which browser (and version) you’re using? I can then pass the details to our team to look further into this.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

I appreciate you providing those four troubleshooting steps. Before my original post, I had actually tried all of them. I am the Workspace admin, and nothing was changed on the admin side before the issue started. The add-on simply stopped working out of nowhere for everyone in my organization.

To rule out my domain, I even created a new Google account and installed the add-on, but I got the same result. I tested this across different browsers using my organization account, my personal account, and the new test account, and the add-on failed to load every time.

The add-on started loading again after being down for two days. This leads me to believe there was nothing I could have done on my end to fix it. It seems this was an issue that needed to be resolved by either Google or Miro.
