During a session I would like to send participants to breakout rooms to work indepently from other participants. Then I would like to share the in sequence the work done on each break out board with the whole group. I have seen community discussions about parts of this (e.g., embed the break out boards), but I need specific instructions about how to accomplish this. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Duplicating boards and linking to them
As you may have read in the community, one strategy is to create your exercise board, duplicate the board as many times as you need, name them accordingly - Breakout 1, Breakout 2, etc., and then create links to each board from your main board, e.g., a sticky note named “Breakout 1” that links to the board “Breakout 1” - more on links here:

Custom Templates
Instead of creating one board and then duplicating it, you could also also create a Custom Template, and as you create new boards, add the template to each board.
Breakout frames (beta)
Depending on your Miro plan type, you may have the new Breakout Frames beta feature - more on this here:

If you are using one of the eligible plan types, but do not have the beta feature and want to try it, you could try requesting access through the Miro support team - more on contacting Miro support here:

Thanks for the quick reply Robert.
I do have the consultant plan with the Miro breakout beta.
To clarify my question. When the breakout activities are completed, I want to be able to display the work that was done in all of breakout session with the entire group. I am not sure how to ensure the entire group can view all of the breakout boards.
Luke
Once you end the breakout session, everything is back to normal, i.e., the users can see everything on the board. From there, you could use bring everyone to me, the Presentation Mode, or however you usually you want bring attention to the frames/breakout results.
Thanks again Robert, this is exactly what I needed to confirm.
