Miro and Zoom : sharing Miro board through new public access feature

I am running a consultant plan since a couple of weeks.

I had several times the same problem: a Miro board link shared through the new public access feature and by using the Zoom chat feature did not appear as an actionable link at my meeting participants. Sometimes sending through e-mail or through Slack worked.

70% of the time I had failures.

I set the “can edit” option in the public access to board link.

Is this a known error?

Very annoying when you work with a client.

Thanks for any advice, hints, work arounds, etc.

I chanced upon this issue once a couple of weeks ago but not since.

For one of my participants (who's logged in into his free account), he didn't have "Edit" access on his end. However, a check with others in the group, the link I shared worked fine.

The workaround: I asked this participant to log out of his account (and remained logged out) and access the board again. It worked!
