Is it possible to have a card automatically indicate when a deadline has passed or the task has been inactive for some time?

Not at present unless you wanted to look into customizing Miro via the API. I’d suggest adding it as an enhancement request following the guidelines here: Wish List: Everything You Need to Know 🌠 | Miro
