HI @nilpointer - I am not sure if I can help you. But I can say this happens for me from time to time. Reason: when you add an image Miro needs to upload it to the server and ensure the object is in your browser or app (2 jobs). This depends (in my experience) not only on my computer but on Miro’s backend “readiness.” Just yesterday I was trying to insert a PDF - it took 2 attempts as I was on a slow connection.
So what I’ve learned to do it, whenever I upload things that are big - WAIT before leaving Miro. Sometimes just shrink the browser or app without killing the window or app. Or do a hard refresh e.g. CMND-R just to double check that the images have been loaded.

thanks for your reply, my images were about 1 MB and I never left Miro, until the morning after when I refreshed the page. I also worked with them for quite a while to rearrange and organize them inside the frame.
