Lost Content - educational subscription

Dear community,

I am desperate for help. For my master thesis I kept all my thought and notes on a very huge miro board within my educational account. I went on maternity leave before finishing my thesis and when I reopened my board again after a bit more than a year I found almost all the content gone (see screenshot). 

I am obviously desperate to get my months of work back. Since my board is locked I reapplied for my educational subscription (3 weeks ago) but haven’t heard back yet. (But I have the problem also on another account on a free plan). I also contacted the Miro Support team (sorry for not respecting the request to not double post!) but I haven’t heard back also and I am on a tight timeline.

My idea now would be to pay for an upgrade and to then try to recover my data. BUT I also read that history doesn’t go back that far and in my case it has been like 17 months or so. Should I give it a shot anyway or do you have any other idea? I didn’t try much other things yet, because I don’t want to make it worse also. 

Is there someone out there who can save me? Thanks!

Hi Eca, thank you so much! Unfortunately I am still waiting to hear from someone. Should I give it a shot and upgrade my subscription? I am running out of time.
