I am running a workshop where I need that the pen colours match the sticky note colours. Is there a way I can limit the pen colours of the participants of my board? Or create a colour palette for all the boards of one project?

Unfortunately there is no way to limit the colors which are available in the palette or to prevent users from creating custom colors for their own palettes.
