[KNOWN BUG] Team Admin can't delete members

Hi there,
Ive looked around the forum but still can’t resolve this. I’m a team admin on a free plan. There’s three boards I no longer use and there doesn’t appear to be an option to delete? I also want to delete the three team members assocaited with these boards and that’s showing as a bug. See screengrab.
Please help! Thanks. 

p.s. Tried chrome extensions, incognito browser etc.

HI ​@Kerr Vernon thanks for reaching out! Since you’ve tried to check other options like incognito browser but the issue still persists, I have your case converted to a support ticket so this can be investigated on the backend. Please check your inbox for their response.

@Kerr Vernon / ​@Eca - I was able to reproduce this in one of my Free Plan teams and had opened my own ticket. I will update this post as I hear back from the support team.

 


Hello,

 

We are using a free Miro plan, and we need to delete a user on one of them, and we can't. Every time I have an error message.

I’m the admin and owner of the board

 

I tried in a different browser, and in private mode but the issue is still there every time.

The latest update is that the engineers are working on a fix.

I am trying to remove team members from my boards but cannot. It says

"Something went wrong — please try to reload the page. Does the issue persist? Send us a bug report.”

@Arthur Lacroix I merged your Pat with this existing one. Miro is working on a fix for the issue of not being able to remove users from a Free Plan team.

Dear Miro Team,

I have an issue with deleting members from my team. I am a Team Admin, but every time I try to delete other members I see the message “Something went wrong...”

I tried to do it from a desktop app, and incognito mode, but the same message appears.
Hope you can help me with this bug.

[Brazil] Can't remove team member from a team

 

Hi, I use Miro in Brazil and in Brazilian Portuguese and I have the same issue, even though it was apparently solved a month ago (see screenshot below).

 

 

Any ideas on how to fix this? I have to remove a few members who quit the team and should no longer be able to access the boards.

Hi Support team,

I’m a team admin on a free plan and I’m trying to remove a team member from my space, but it looks like there’s a bug preventing it. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the issue.

I’ve already tried using incognito mode and different browsers, but no luck so far. Could you help me resolve this?

Hello everyone! Being the owner and the only admin in my team, I’ve tried to delete some members via Settings: three dots / Delete from team, but the following message appears every time I try. Since I’m on a Free plan, the only option for me to get the answer is to ask the community. Would be really grateful if someone could help with this.

I have the same issue. I’m Team Admin. We’re on the free plan...trying to delete users who have recently left the company and I get this when attempt to do so:

 


I have the exact same issue right now it is definitely not solved. I am on brave, edge and chrome

Hi! Would like to catch on this latest issue thread as I experienced the same issue here -- couldn’t remove team members from my team. I am a team owner/ admin using a free plan. I tried on both Miro app and on the browse web app - same error.

Would be grateful for any leads. Thanks!
