My education account seems to have de-activated, but when I try to reactivate, it will not let me upload “proof”. Those boxes are greyed out. I cannot add a new board for my new class this semester.

Hi @Jennifer Clark I applied about 2 weeks ago for an education account and my course is launching in a week. I just want to make sure my students have no issues accessing my Miro board and they are limited to the columbia.edu Miro domain. Can you please confirm that my education account is set up? Thanks.
