I found the following article about using the import function to bring Conceptboard PDF Exports into Miro as a whole new board with all the content from Conceptboard: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/18667713347474-Import-Conceptboard-to-Miro

Does somebody from the Miro team or the community has a solution … where is the button referenced in the tutorial?

Hi @Christoph Dibbern crossnative, thanks for reaching out!

When you hover over the “Import” button, a list of options to import should appear. In the screenshot you shared, you're just one step away — try hovering your mouse over the Import menu and the full list of supported sources should display. Let us know if it doesn’t show up or if the Conceptboard option is missing!

Yes, thank you. The element was not visible… the education license does not show the element… the manual says yes but it does only show in the business license. Therefore the problem is solved.

Another question: There is a quotation sign over each image, which was imported… can I deactivate the warning sign from Miro that it is GIF… we also wonder why Miro interpretates the images as gives (they are imported by the PDF import function.. Conceptboard to Miro import)

@Christoph Dibbern crossnative You’re right, my spouse does only has the two options you have shown in your screenshot in her Education Plan (Import diagram and Import backup), even thought the Import Conceptboard to Miro article states the Education Plan should have this feature:

I will convert your post into a support ticket - you should receive an email notification of the new ticket.
