Hello.

I have some questions while studying software and would like to ask for your clarification.

This is based on the assumption that the software is being purchased for use in a corporate environment with over 400 employees.

I’ve learned that [Teamport - Around] has been acquired by Miro.
→ In this case, which license terms apply to users who are currently using the original Around service?
→ If some users are using the free or demo version of Around, can they continue using it as-is?
→ If the free or demo version cannot be used anymore, should we subscribe to one of Miro’s plans instead?

Questions regarding the purchase model of Miro within our company:
→ Subscribing to the Enterprise plan may not be suitable, as each department has fewer than 30 members.
→ In that case, is it acceptable under your terms for each team or individual to subscribe to Free / Starter / Business plans separately using their company email accounts?

For example:

Team A: 1 person on Free plan

Team B: 1 or 2 people on Starter plan

Team C: 1 to 5 people on Business plan

Thank you.
