I cannot get Rally (CA Agile) Integrate with Miro

I as able to connect the CA Agile application to Miro but once I try to use it, an initializing Rally message, and loading icon open up but it gets stuck there. Please help.

I also have the same exact issue. Even when trying to use different browsers. As well as redoing the steps to integrate Rally to Miro.

@Kaesha Matthews good luck getting any support on this. I wanted to create customized graphs for sprint planning and velocity tracking. Nobody answers posts on this Miro. I create my graphs manually which are tedious.
