By Help Center, Self-Serve Invoicing is available for Team Plan (10+ members, annual subscription).

 

But I can’t choose “Invoice” when I try to upgrade account.

There is only credit card payment Information.

How can I choose Invoice payment?

I’m afraid, there’s a known issue with the invoice option. The team is already on the case, so I will update this thread as soon as there’s any news from them.
