I can't choose Self-Serve Invoicing

By Help Center, Self-Serve Invoicing is available for Team Plan (10+ members, annual subscription).

 

But I can’t choose “Invoice” when I try to upgrade account.

There is only credit card payment Information.

How can I choose Invoice payment?

Hi @Yumoto,

I’m afraid, there’s a known issue with the invoice option. The team is already on the case, so I will update this thread as soon as there’s any news from them.

This issue seems to be resolved. Can you please check this functionality again and confirm if it works as expected now?
