how to lock an image

Hello, 

 

there is any way to prevent that someone can download an image fron my shared board.

 

We have a situation where a client download an image in process and use it for commercial use, So

it will be great if some content of a board is lock and can be unlock just by me.

@mot - To prevent images and documents from being downloaded from a board, as well as blocking the export of all other content, you need to adjust the content copying permissions - more on this here:

When this setting is configured properly, you don't even need to lock the items as they cannot be copy-pasted outside of the board.

Hi @Robert Johnson , thanks for help, I’m aware of that, but, that option it does not work for us, becouse our clients need to have not only the possibily to comment , they need to upload references, draw arrows , etc. that’s the reason why our board needs to set in “anyone can edit” despite that, it will be great if the administrator con lock , for everyone, some content selected content.

Hi @mot,

Blocking content from being copied/downloaded from a board and visitor access, i.e., “Anyone with the board can...’ are two independent settings.

For example, you can still allow editing of a board:

 

… while also blocking the user from downloading content, even if they had just uploaded/add it:’
