How to extend education plan

Hello, Miro Team informed me that my current education plan will expire in December 2025. The link that Miro Team gave me in the email to apply for the plan extension is not working. I have already replied to that email asking for instructions, but I am wondering what else I should do. I will be grateful if you help me.

Hi! I have the same issue


I have the same issue – Saturday morning I woke up and my Education plan had expired without any prior notification. I noticed that just before I was about to hold a two hour online class at Hyper Island. All my courses are build on using MIRO. 

I teach a lot and you are the foundation of how I teach – been applying again for extended use of Education plan but no reply. I am totally looked out and I have waited now 5 days! I had classes both Monday + Tuesday as well. Yesterday I also tried to just purchase a month use while waiting for you to get back to me, but also that did not work. Your support page is not even updated with the correct image for how to solve it. 

PLEASE HELP ME TODAY!
