Hi all,

I’m on the free version and am trying to add fields to my org chart.  They are currently in the csv file I used to import and build the report.  I looked in help and it says to choose filter from the context menu, however, filter is not an option on my context menu.  I also see the list of fields and can check and uncheck them, and space is created or disappears from my org chart box, but no data shows up.  Is this because I’m on the free version?  Or is there something else happening that’s preventing me from adding fields (where data exists!) to my org chart?  Thank you!

Thanks for your question — I understand it can be frustrating when the data is there, but not showing up as expected in the org chart.

 

To help us better understand what’s going on, could you please share:

  • A screenshot of what you’re seeing on your org chart (especially the part where the fields are checked but no data appears)

  • Or even a short video recording of your steps, if that’s easier

  • Also, if you're comfortable, a sample of your CSV layout (just the column headers and one or two sample rows with placeholder data) would be super helpful for troubleshooting.
