How can I see the AI transaction limit so that I can be choiceful as I am evaluating how to use this feature most effectively for my organization? I don’t see a way to identify what the monthly limit is in the FAQs or community forums nor anything in the UI when I go to use the features that shows a count down.
The result is, having reached my cap quickly last month, I am a bit gunshy to use it too much this month to just experiment because I want to be able to show this in action to my teams and execs as I learn more about how I can imagine us using it.

To see your AI transaction limit, start by logging into your account and checking the account settings or billing section. Most platforms display your usage limits, spending caps, or transaction history there.

You can check your AI transaction limit by going to your account settings on the platform you’re using. Usually, there’s a section for usage, billing, or limits where it will show how many transactions you’ve used and how many are left. If you don’t see it, try looking under Account, Billing, or Usage, or contact support-—they can give you the exact details.

To see your AI transaction limit, log in to your account on the platform you’re using. For ChatGPT, go to Account → Usage to view your current usage and any plan limits. If youre using the OpenAI API, check Billing → Usage to see tokens or requests used and how many remain. Free-tier accounts have fixed monthly limits, while paid plans may allow higher usage. If you reach your limit, you’ll need to wait for the next billing cycle or upgrade your plan to continue using AI services.
