Hi

I have a private Miro account (besides my work account) just to keep some boards for my self and to experiment. I changed jobs and I see in my private account that the team admin is on my previous work email.

How can I change the team admin and delete the user with the email from my previous work.

Hi @Margot,

What I think you could do is invite yourself as a member (invite to the email you want to use).

Then, in the team settings, go to Active Users, and make yourself the admin. As the previous work email admin, leave the team so that it’s only you as admin, the one with the new email you want to use.

Be sure to also go to Settings > Billing section > Overview tab > Billing actions > Change email so that the new email gets the billing details.
