@Sofa - I believe you are looking for the Reactions feature:

Thank you so much. I believe that it was slightly different, as you could move it around and high-five other people with their hands activated.

I've never heard of a high five feature, but it sounds like an awesome thing!

@Sofa - The heart icon app I was referring to is a beta reactions features, so you may not have it. Now that I am back on my laptop I do not see a “high five” reaction in there:
