Dear Support Team,

My name is Vira, and I am reaching out with a sincere request for your support.

I am currently living in Ukraine, where the ongoing situation has made everyday life extremely challenging. Like many people here, I am facing financial difficulties, and unfortunately, I have already reached the limits of the free plan. As a result, I am no longer able to edit my boards, which has significantly limited my ability to continue working and learning.

Miro is more than just a tool for me — it is a space where I create, plan, teach, and grow. It helps me stay productive and focused even during very difficult times, and I truly value the opportunity to use it for personal, educational, and professional purposes.

I would be deeply grateful if you could let me know whether there are any special programs, discounts, or humanitarian access options available for users from Ukraine. Any kind of support would mean a great deal to me and would help me continue my work despite the current circumstances.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your time, understanding, and support. If you need any additional information, please feel free to contact me at virastorozhuk@gmail.com

Warm regards,
Vira Storozhuk

Dear Miro Team,

My name is Alona, and I am an educator from Ukraine. I work with students and use online tools to support learning and collaboration.

I would like to kindly ask if it is possible to use Miro for free for educational purposes. Your platform would be extremely helpful for my teaching activities and for engaging my students in interactive lessons.

Thank you very much for your support and consideration.

Kind regards
