Hi everyone!
I’ve been exploring ways to make collaborative boards more engaging and interactive, and I wanted to share a simple idea that’s been working well for me.
Inspiration came from a word puzzle game called Letter Boxed, where you connect pieces in a logical flow. I realized you can apply a similar connected sequence approach in Miro to guide team thinking during workshops or brainstorming sessions.
For example, instead of just dropping ideas on a board:
- Create linked pathways that encourage participants to move from one concept to the next
- Use colors or shapes to show progression or stages
- Add small challenges or visual cues to keep attention focused and structure the flow
I’ve also used features like timers and frames creatively to turn parts of a board into interactive rounds almost like game levels especially during icebreakers or ideation sprints. It makes collaboration feel less static and more dynamic.
Has anyone else experimented with “gameified” flows or structured engagement techniques in Miro? Would love to hear how you’re using frames, timers, or other built‑in tools to enhance teamwork!
