Will it be possible as an administrator to create additional Teams?

@Reid Almås, yes. If you want to keep the current Business Plan, then you just need to purchase another plan via the Pricing Page.

If you are on the Consultant or Enterprise plans and are a company administrator, then yes.

Thanks Kiron, We are on Business Plan, I expect that this means we need to pay for additional Teams?
