To rule out any technical issues with Miro/your account, I would ask questions such as:
- Is your connection to the internet wired, wireless, mobile?
- Are you going through a VPN and/or firewall?
- Does this happen when using a browser or a Miro desktop or mobile app?
- If there is anyone else on your Miro team, does this happen for any/all of them?
- Does this happen for everyone board you are on?
- Does this happen with every internet connection you use?
- Does this happen with every device you use? Are you able to try another device?
