Client unable to zoom in or pan in Miro

Hi all, 

I have a client with whom I share a board. He is unable to pan or zoom in on the board. We have tried all the usual commandos and nothing seems to remedy the problem. 

What can be the issue? He does not have Windows 365, can that be the issue?

@Helena Klintström - Depending whether your client is using a laptop with a trackpad and/or a touchscreen, the board’s Navigation Mode may be different than other users. I would suggest setting the navigation mode to Mouse and try again.

Somehow it all worked fine for him once he pasted the invite-link to the board in his browser, instead of clicking it in his mail. Strange. 

But Ill forward your advice and keep it in mind for future hick-ups!
