Cannot download Board backup

Hi there, when I click on Download Board Backup it shows a loading sign and then nothing happens. Even after I waited 30 minutes. Anyone knows help?

I ues the mac desktop version and also tried it in the browser

1. Does this happen with all boards or just one specific board?

2. Are you able to download other types of exports (e.g., PDF, image)?

3. Do you see any error messages, or does it just stop loading without any notification?

4. Are you connected to a stable internet connection? Have you tried switching networks?

5. Have you tried using a different Miro account (if available) or another browser/device to see if the issue persists?

If possible, could you share a screenshot or a short video of what happens when you try to download the backup? That’ll help in identifying the issue more clearly.

• Do you see any error messages, or does it just stop loading without any notification? - stops loading without notification

• Are you connected to a stable internet connection? Have you tried switching networks? - no

• Have you tried using a different Miro account (if available) or another browser/device to see if the issue persists? - desktop app & browser
