Cancel subscription and waive current charge

I have just cancelled my contract as I do not wish for it to be extended for another year. A payment is currently in progress for a subscription from July 22, 2025, to July 22, 2026. I do not wish to be charged for this — please cancel it as well. Thank you.

I thought I had cancelled my subscription earlier this month. I do’nt want this subscription. My company won’t pay for it as we don’t use it.
