Hi guys,

I have the Google Drive App activated in my account (I deleted it and reinstalled it, but still no go)

I am trying to have a google doc accessible on my Miro board. The share link is public (anyone with link can view)

When I try to get the google doc on my board using the link I’m seeing this:

I click on connect, then all I see is this:

Where am I going wrong with this?

My Miro and google accounts are linked to the same email address.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Crystal Fieldhouse

Not sure if this helps. I created a Google doc and set the sharing like this, then copied the link:

In Miro I saw exactly what you saw . . . but . . . after clicking on CONNECT, a new Google (not Miro) window popped up where I had to select my Google account.

AFTER selecting the Google account in the Google pop-up, the Miro board looked like this:

So . . . when you click on connect, maybe your browser settings don’t allow the pop-up window from Google, hence you are not letting Miro access your docs?  It sort of seems like the authorization step has not taken place.

Just my two cents!
