Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble playing an audio file embedded from my Google Drive. It was working fine before, but tonight it suddenly stopped. I’ve tried using several browsers, but the issue persists.

When I click on the eye symbol, the player interface appears, but the play button doesn’t respond when I click it.

I use this feature frequently, so I’d really appreciate your help.

  1. Does this happen with other embedded files (e.g., videos or PDFs), or is it specific to this audio file?
  2. When you tested with different browsers, did you clear your cache or try using an incognito/private browsing mode? This can help rule out browser-related issues.
  3. Are you experiencing this issue on multiple devices or just one?
  4. Is this happening on other boards as well, or have you heard from others who have access to this board that they too experience the same issue?

These details will help us narrow down the root cause. In the meantime, you might want to try re-embedding the file using iFrame code app in your Miro board to see if that resolves the issue.

After a few days of being down, it's now working properly again.
