Hi all,
I’m trying to create a plan in Miro using Jira cards. I checked the documentaton at https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013463739-Jira-Cards-FAQ and edited Target Start & Due Date as per the guidelines. Still Miro do non show any update for Start Date and End Date.
Anyone with the same issue that got it solved?

If your Jira cards aren’t showing updated Start or Due Dates in Miro, could you confirm whether:
The Jira fields are properly mapped in your integration settings?
The changes appear correctly when viewing the same issue directly in Jira?
You’ve tried refreshing the card or reloading the board after editing the fields?
Sometimes syncing delays can also cause this. If everything looks correct on Jira’s side but Miro still doesn’t reflect the update, I recommend reconnecting the Jira integration or reauthorizing your account.
