Same problem here except I’m on an educator license that I facilitate with my student leaders. Our major planning board is unavailable. I don’t have access to support tickets. Did the beta kanban feature break it? Any idea how I can address it with access to support?

Guys, I already talked to the tech support, and they told me yesterday that they were investigating. Today they told me that it would be fixed by today. To those wondering if one feature or another you used in the board was the reason it broke, it’s highly unlikely, since at least mine had no special features, only sticky notes and images. I take that the only relation between all the boards was the size. I only had 3 boards, and that one was the biggest one, therefore, the ‘heaviest’ one. But, hopefully things are going to normalize today.
To anyone wanting to contact support themselves, first you have to have a paid plan, even starter works. Then, you’ll go on your profile in your upper right, then on learning center, and in “more resources,” go in contact support. Then you have to answer a few questions before you can submit a ticket. You’ll get answered in maybe an hour or so. At least that’s how it worked for me.

I was also thinking about the size of the boards. The ones that aren’t working are really big, while the smaller ones work properly. However, I also have a few more big boards, and they are working.
Ours is working now. Hooray!!
Update, guys. Try and check the boards that weren’t working previously. Might take a few tries. Mine took three to four, but it finally opened! Yay! :D
