Big miro boards

Hi ​@B kleinGreat question! When you’ve got 20+ people on one board, things can get messy fast. A few quick ways to keep order:

• Set up frames or zones ahead of time so everyone knows where to place their stickies.

• Ask participants to use specific colors (e.g. by team or topic).

• Use pre-placed sticky notes so people fill them in instead of adding new ones everywhere.

• As facilitator, you can cluster ideas afterward and use features like voting or AI summaries to reduce overlap.

This way, everyone contributes freely without the board turning into chaos. 🙌

But how do to deal with sticky notes getting all over each other??

For scattered stickies, what I do is select them all and click align objects.
 

You have the option to align them horizontally, vertically, etc.
