All text content has completely disappeared from every element on the board.

Hello, I'm experiencing a critical issue with one of my boards where all text content has completely disappeared from every element on the board.

Issue Details:

  • All text in shapes, sticky notes, text boxes, and other elements is now blank/empty
  • This affects the entire board - no text is visible anywhere
  • The elements themselves are still present and positioned correctly
  • I can add new text to existing elements, but all previous content is gone
  • This is NOT a loading/rendering issue - I've verified across multiple sessions

Troubleshooting Already Attempted:

  • Refreshed the page multiple times
  • Tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
  • Cleared browser cache and cookies
  • Tested from different devices
  • Verified with other team members - they also see empty elements
  • Checked from different user accounts - same issue persist

Thanks for sharing all those details — that’s definitely not the expected behavior. Since you’ve already tried multiple troubleshooting steps (including different browsers, devices, and accounts), this looks like something that needs deeper investigation on the backend.

No, this issue is affecting only one specific board - all my other boards are functioning normally

Most critically: this happened in real-time while I was actively working on the board

Copy all the stuff, create new board, and paste all that stuff in the new one, then try. Can you do this? I hope will work.

as I mentioned in my initial message, I’ve tried everything that’s possible to minimize the impact of my software/equipment :(
