If you are on the Free Plan, try finding it in your browser history and opening it from there - you should have the option to restore it:

If you are on a Paid plan, you can access the deleted board from the Trash can icon which is available in the Miro dashboard view. If you are on a Free plan, you can still access it but as the Trash can icon isn’t available on those accounts, you will need to check your browser history and open the URL corresponding to the deleted board.
