Thanks for reaching out! Please note that only the current Team Admin can transfer the Team Admin role (team ownership) to another member of the team.
If the Team Admin is no longer active, you can try reaching out to your IT department to request access to the Admin’s email address. From there, you’d be able to reset the password and sign in with the Admin’s credentials, which would allow you to update the Team Admin role.
If that’s not an option, the best next step is to contact Miro Support directly, as they’re the only ones who can assist further in these cases.
