Dear Miro Community 2020 is almost over. What a year! Along with the challenges and difficulties we all faced, it was a great year, with wins, gains, and pleasant experiences.This online community was also launched in 2020. And I am happy that now we have this safe space for all Miro users to connect, share knowledge, and get inspired! Gain more visibility and control with new user management & admin settings

User Management & Admin Settings The following updates are available for Enterprise plan users only Domain Control Verify and claim company-owned domains to automatically capture newly registered users under your existing Enterprise subscription. You can also prevent users from creating new subscriptions to enable seamless collaboration under a centrally managed, company account. Free Restricted License Introducing a new license type to enable organization-wide collaboration. If your account has reached the cap for day passes and full licenses, new users will now be automatically added as viewers/commenters. They can request edit access in the Miro app which will notify company admins to approve the request for additional licenses. Team Discovery Improved settings that allow company and team admins to set up options for how users can see and join different teams. Additionally, create hidden teams to ensure only users who are specifically invited can see them. We've also made

Manage Miro users via Azure AD, Okta, or Miro SCIM API

Integrations Available for Enterprise plan users only Onboarding and offboarding users in Miro just got easier. With direct integrations with Azure AD and Okta, admins can now simplify user management via SCIM. Additionally, they can implement custom provisioning with the Miro SCIM API. Recap of Distributed 2020 + Recordings!

On October 13-15, we hosted Distributed 2020 — our second annual virtual conference. This year, we brought together industry leaders and experts to help answer the burning questions on the minds of thousands of teams working remotely around the world. We had 24 information-packed presentations, interactive workshops, and panel discussions to tackle these burning questions. We were incredibly honored and excited to welcome over 30,000 registrants and hosted between 1,300 and 3,000 live viewers for each session. How do you use Miro as a UX Researcher?

Hello there, Anybody can share how you use Miro as a UX Researcher? Next month Miro’s Researcher @Eduardo Gomez Ruiz will give a webinar on “Getting the most out of Miro as a UX Researcher”, and he’d like to show some examples from different companies to make it feel more real. If you’re interested and you could make a version of sections of your Miro board that obscures the details of the project and focuses on the format that other researchers could borrow, that would be great! Ideally, with a quote or a few notes into the HOW, PROCESS, or BENEFITS. Screenshots also work! Does not need to be fancy or super visually appealing. Our goal for the conference is not to show the tool but rather explore the ways to maximize the value for a researcher, which may entail how you engage stakeholders with your research process or findings, how you do the analysis or capture notes, how you present the findings, etc. If you want to be featured explicitly during the talk (optional), please also s
