Good afternoon everyone,I hope someone here can help — I’ve been trying to find a solution to this for months.We are an online school with a team of around 20 teachers.Each teacher works with students on individual student boards, but at the same time we have 4 main school boards that contain all our core materials, lesson structures, and reusable content.Teachers need access to these 4 main boards in order to copy materials into the student boards they work on.However, the problem is that with this access they can also copy all materials into their personal Miro accounts, while this content is the intellectual property of the school.So my question is:Is there a way to allow team members to copy content only within the team (from the main boards to student boards), but prevent copying materials outside the team or into personal accounts?If I completely restrict copying, teachers won’t be able to do their work, since every student has a separate board.Has anyone faced a similar situatio

Hey all, Hope you are doing well.So, this case is regarding being able to login into MIRO. So, little background, we had a incident in last year so for that incident as a remediation for that we had to remove users from MIRO. So, right now its configured like this that a user gets added to AD group and through SCIM provisioning he/she gets synced up with SSO and then the user gets able to access MIRO via SSO. But, in this incident, we removed all the users from AD group, so inturn shortly after majority of the users were not able to login into MIRO as SSO is forced for login. But, there was some set of users who accessed the MIRO application by bypassing SSO and they were in the application. I would like to know how this was possible and in which direction I should focus upon?
Hi I use the m4 ipad pro, and i have came by a blank portion of the screen like 1/8th of the right side always when switching in and out of tabs. ( i have to close the app everytime just to resolve this issue.Additionally whne using apple pencil it will freeze sometimes and it requires me to bring the pen away from the screen to “reset” it . anone else experiencing this issues ? how to fix ?
I created an account using work email using miro.com/login - it allowed me. But miro.com doesnt show me a way to Login. There is link coming up using Chrome or Edge. is there some restictions using work laptop. With or without VPN - it doesnt work.
I’m sure there used to be a button or at least an email address. I have a paid subscription and I want help with the sticky stacks which are - again - not working properly. Is there no way to actually communicate this directly any more?

Developer here. How can I embed a miro board into my webapp. Its just that as an educator I create a new board daily and want the app to fetch a board daily perhaps by name or I am not sure. I want to avoid coding in the new link every day.Thanks,Lefa

Hi everyone,It seems that something has changed in Miro’s licensing over the past few weeks. One of my boards, which I created a few weeks ago, includes certain features that I can no longer edit. When I try to use them, I now get a notification saying that an “Advanced License” is required. We have an Enterprise Plan.Has anyone experienced this as well or knows what might have changed?Also, does ZHAW actually have any of these Advanced Licenses, or would they need to be purchased separately?Thanks in advance for your help!

I have used Miro for free for more than a year, but am suddenly unable to access the boards. I am the creator and the only one who has editing rights. It seems like Miro forces me to join my company's subscription plan, which has a broken link.
Hi there,Our board “GoldenPath Production TIMELINE” is under the Team “go-game”, which was created by me (Company Admin) some time ago. The Team Admin has just reported that all board members, including himself, are currently unable to use the Nesting feature, and the existing nested structures cannot be edited. The feature was working normally as of yesterday.Could you please let us know if there have been any changes on the Miro side that might have caused this? Alternatively, please advise if there is anything we need to check or configure on our end to resolve the issue.Many thanks.

I’m using the template OKR Tracker and modifying it for my team. I’m able to add new records without any trouble, however I can’t figure out how to add new parent “Objectives” for the key results.There is no add button that I can find. Nor can I promote a record to an objective. Is this a feature that is locked?
A couple teams in our org, we all received emails with password reset attempts. None of us triggered that and we couldn’t login without actually changing the password. We are wondering if there was a glitch on Miro’s side?
