This is my first time using my Miro on my iPad, and at first, it seems to work fine, but after a few minutes of writing ideas out on the board using my Apple Pencil, the board starts to freeze for a few seconds. I don’t think it’s just the board even, I can’t seem to interact with the entire app at all.After a few seconds, it comes back and starts running fine, but soon enough it starts happening again. If I use the Miro app for a lengthy amount of time after this (15-30 minutes), it starts to get so bad that every other stroke seems to hang (maybe time didn’t have to do anything with it, maybe it was because I added another app to multitask so half my ipad screen was miro, and half was a system monitoring tool for my iPad).Anyway, I tried playing around with the Miro website instead of the Miro app, but I noticed that it also froze occasionally, though it was nowhere nearly as bad as the app.I did manage to note down some metrics though! 5 seconds after it hung

Hello Everyone, As my title explains, I would like to move all my boards (in bulk, as there are many of them) from my old Education account (previous school) to my new Education account (new school). I have managed to do it one by one by downloading a board back up which I then upload to my new Educational account (via Create New and Import) but this will take me way too long if I proceed this way.Is there a way to do this to all the boards in one go?I hope I can find a way to do this before I lose access to my old boards. Many thanks. 

Hello everyone,I recently received a new bank account and unfortunately updated it in Miro too late. I’ve now corrected it, but the red banner just won’t disappear. When I click on “Update your payment method,” I get a 404 page error.Can anyone help me with this?Thank you very much and best regards!  

The titles says it all. my links are just blue test when everyone else's has a card and cover. how can I make mine have them too? I tried 8 different websites, even copy-pasted their links that already has a cover and Miro doesn't make my links a cover…   

Dear all!Unfortunately, by accident, I left the enterprise-plan team that I initially was part of, and where I created a board.When I try to access this board now, miro tells me to join that team again - but when I click on the link to join, miro says I am already part of the team?! (see screenshot, in german)So, I am lost in this loop - and I can’t even log out because miro.com/app/dashboard/ is loading and logging me in automatically, and the loop of doom begins anew …Because of this loop, I can’t even access the menu or any other functiona/options in the app!Any help or suggestions are very welcome, I really need this board very urgently! Why can’t I rejoin the team?Thank you very much! 

Hi everyone. I have a big issue. It seems to have a bug. For several weeks now, all the shapes I draw for years now on one of  my board disapeared!!! What happen, I didn’t touch anythings. This is absolutly problematic as I need it for my job and they are now gone. Vincent

Hello, beautiful Miro team!I’ve been having the same problem over the last couple of months. No boards are loading. Only in someone else’s team. What can be the problem and can it be fixed? I’ve been thinking about upgrading but if this problem stays consistent, that would be pointless. Thank you for looking into it. I appreciate your time and help

Hi,During clean up of different ‘teams’, one Team that we do work in was deleted (free plan) and with that an important board with all the content. I do still have the link but since it was permanently deleted, there is no ‘restore’ option anywhere. How do I restore this team / the content of this board?Thanks!

Hi everyone,I tried to apply a template to my board, but when I insert it, it shows up empty. I expected it to load with the predefined content from the template (shapes, text, layout, etc.), but nothing appears.Has anyone experienced this before? Could it be related to permissions, board settings, or maybe a sync issue?Thanks in advance for your help!

Miro diagram feature destroyed my board, how to revert it back?

I was recommended to try the diagram feature as a pop-up and after that it did some data download, and asked me not to stop as it may cause data loss.  Now my whole board looks wierd and all messed up. This never happened over all these years, and now all the years work is broken.  Please help me fix and revert to how it was. i am not able to find the option to do this on the board.All my objects and images in the object, along with any hand drawn content is gone. And most of the board is randomly missing.Here is a link of what it looks like  

How can I increase the size of the Miro UI (menus, toolbar, profile picture, etc.)? When I use Command + in the browser, only the board zooms in the interface stays tiny. I’ve also tried changing my display scaling in macOS, but the Miro UI still remains small. Is there a way to scale up the entire interface?

3 days ago, I received an email saying that my education plan as an educator was approved and I could log in through the approved email address. When I logged in, I still couldn't use Miro in education plan. The member-per-team is limited and boards cannot be exported in higher resolutions.Please help me solve this problem, thank you.

Hi, it seems the linkedin profile API is not working. What to do? I used to paste URLs in boards and get a profile pciture with direct link to profile URL and LI logo. Now it shows a login page. Using chrome latest version, while logged in in Linkedin. 

I drag and dropped a bunch of pictures on my board and placed them inside a frame. This morning when I opened my board again some of the images were missing (there were approximately 5 pictures, 3 of them are gone).I have no idea where all the work went, I am on the free plan.

I can't find any templates in the toolbar.I as admin see "Templates", users who are not board creators do not see the point 

Hello! We need to run an API to export all board data from my organization. It looks like we have eDiscovery enabled, however we do not see an option to generate the necessary access token.Nor do we see a Cases option from the following help article.Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Line grid not displayed on the frame when exporting to a pdf file, what should I do?

When I click on the number under Guests, I get a 404 error instead of the list of Guests. Do I need a certain level of privileges to see the list?
