    Advanced search for all plans that have multi-team functionality?Open

    Hi,  what really annoy me with miro and makes me think of leaving to be honest that it is becoming a mess for me. So many boards and it is hard to find what I m looking for. So I strongly suggest enabling the advance search to all plans that have the multi-team functionality.My plan is quite expensive and I consider a proper search a rather basic function?  What do you think?  Thank you, Claudie

    Opportunity to not auto-fit shapes automaticallyOpen

    I would like the opportunity to have a shape not auto-fit the text that is in it.Currently, you cannot extend solely vertically.

    Hide team projectsOpen

    An enterprise account / team with thousands of users consists of hundreds projects, making the organisation of projects that an individual is involved in very difficult to manage. It would be good to have the option to select projects that you do not want to see as part of a team, have the ability to hide those that are not relevant to you.

    Arrows snipping to lines in Code BlockOpen

    Hey Miro Community,i would like to suggest a feature for the Code Block. I think it would be awesome if we could snap arrows directly to a certain line in the Code Block, similar to the ERD shapes with the blue dots at each Field on both sides of the shape. Also, if a new line is inserted in the Code Block above a already linked line, the arrow should stay at the corresponding line (sliding down).  Kind regards,Kevin

    Organise post its in alphabetical orderOpen

    Hi Miro!The title speaks for itself: I would love to see that I can organise my post its in alphabetical order. For example, we created a toolbox with more than 50 forms of communication, that I manually organised from A-Z. It would be great to organise them from A-Z in one click. Thank you 😊!

    Delete all text from post-its at onceOpen

    Hi Miro! When I facilitate an online session with Miro I often forget to save my board as a template before I use it with others. That results in a lot of post-its full of content. That means I have to delete all text manually post-it by post-it. I would love to see the option ‘delete all text from post-its’, so I can use the post-its again and save it as a template. If there is another solution I have not yet think of, please let me know😊!

    Set background colour of transparant imageOpen

    As a user I can set the background colour of an image that I have selected and has a transparent background, so that I can bring it in line with other images I use that for instance already have a white background.

    Browser Tab clustering for research tasks.Open

    I am sure there is a better UX/UI solution for this, but I sketched one out quickly to help explain the problem.I find in discovery phase, as I’m trying to stay divergent, I follow links and ideas that may be adjacent to the problem I’m trying to understand. I may start down a branch that I’m not ready to commit time to, but I feel there might be value to return to at some point. The result of this is many open browser tabs, which tend to compete for resources with Miro itself. It could be useful to research oriented designers if there was a browser plugin that could capture all the open tabs in a window, that I could transfer and have represented in a group or cluster on my Miro board. Later, when I’m ready to synthesize those threads, I can reopen them all in a new browser window.  Thanks for reading.B.

    Grouping via SDKOpen

    I definitely need grouping functionality in the SDK. I wonder if implementing this functionality is so hard, as the SDK already supports selection. Please let me know when this functionality could be available.At least, if I’m able to access the HTML element for the miro board, I could send ‘Ctrl+G’ command manually to group the selected elements. Let me know if I can get the HTML element for the board using SDK.Thanks.

    Lock and Group items with SDKOpen

    It would be really smooth to be able to group and then lock items with the SDK. I am experimenting with a plugin that draws different workshop artifacts on the board, and it would be really cool to be able to lock items that serve as information or background areas.

    Frame "Step" or sub-framesOpen

    I’d like to assign objects inside a frame as a “step”.While in presentation mode, these would start invisible, but then appear as I advance.This would eliminate the need for so many subframes in my board, and it’s the only reason I keep using traditional slide apps.I prefer to unveil objects as I talk because it keeps neuro-divergent audiences from overload.

    SVG to ShapeOpen

    Often there isn’t a shape for the exact thing you need to illustrate.  That may be due to a newer resource than what is in the shapes library, or just simply something that isn’t included. The nice thing is that you can import an image/icon manually if you find the image elsewhere. The downside is that these imported images are second class citizens to shapes.  There should be a way to convert at least SVG images to a shape, or at a bare minimum allow for an attached text box to label the item.

    Guests email notifications when someone mentions them in the comments or in the chatOpen

    I would like Guests to receive email notifications when someone mentions them in the comments or in the chat.  We are working on Miro boards with a large US Retailer and as a vendor we are a “guest.”  I do not receive emails when I am mentioned in comments or a chat and have to check the boards daily to search for comments. Would love a work around if that exists.  This feature is standard with other collaborative on-line whiteboard companies and seems like a miss.

    Recent boards showing boards of other accountsOpen

    If I have multiple Miro accounts, e.g. work and private, after logging into the private account using a board, then logging out and logging into the work account, under “Recent boards” also the board used in my private account will be shown, mixed with the boards used in the work account.While the board from private account is not accessible (unless made public) when logged in the work account, this is still an issue. For example I am using Miro at work in screen shares, I don’t want other people to see even just the names of my private account boards. Astonishing that this still has not been fixed. At least if there would be a way to clean up the “Recent boards” or being able to remove boards from this view would help. While logged in with account B, there should be no trace of previously logged in account A, period, everything else is a privacy breach.Did I maybe miss something in terms of ability to configure/change this behavior?

    Ability to edit / move objects during a TalktrackOpen

    Desired state: In order to provide accurate instructions or demonstrations in my Talktracks, I need to be able to move and edit objects during the recording - often to show which Miro controls I’m using to perform actions in each the exercise. Current state: Can only pan the board, not interact with the content. Thanks!

    Remove bottom toolbarOpen

    This toolbar gets in the way and the features are redundant to other shortcuts already used. Please create a way to remove or hide the entire toolbar. It creates clutter on the board. Thank you!! 🤗

    erasing on the whiteboardOpen

    I use miro as a presentation board as a whiteboard and as a co-working tool. as a teacher it would be very useful to have an easier access to the erase tool or even better to be able to use my fist or hand as an erasing tool like in some other whiteboard apps.Erasing is a hastle.. tip  twice , select delete...

    Enhancing the duplication processOpen

    It would be great if you could provide the feature of choosing the number of duplications of a Miro board with the same board settings at one time, displaying all URLs of the duplicated boards in an overview, including the feature of generating an overview of the corresponding QR codes at one time. Background: I like to use Miro for about six groups working on a pre-set mindmap in class. The current duplication process takes a lot of time and effort in order to create six groups with six QR codes for the groups… Thanks! 😀

    Different Shape Sticky NotesOpen

    We have a team member that’s color blind. Right now, we use different color sticky notes for workshop activities, but that’s impossible for him to distinguish. We would be able to avoid this altogether if there were different shapes for sticky notes in Miro, like stars, triangles, circles, etc.
