Hi @CaptainTime. To my knowledge, Miro does not have sophisticated spreadsheet and table functions yet. Cool decision matrix, but I think it is best off in a shared spreadsheet ,the source file of which you could post in the Miro Board. If you link it to your Google Drive, people could see the results of the data entered into the matrix, though they would have to refresh the file every time. I’ve not tried the integration with Google Sheets, though I don’t think it would give you the functionality you are looking for. Wish I had better news! Jon
Thanks @Jeremy Pollack. I have moved away from frames recently because the frame titles get in the way when you are zoomed out, and it creates some confusion on the board. Also, I sometimes want to do presentations and that is impossible when you’ve framed everything. Though I do understand that we might be getting some additional functionality with frames soon so that you can create multiple views or presentations in the same board. Your solution around Note is interesting. Do you just paste the link in there with a description of which section it goes to? That’s not a bad idea for a TOC, but the link integrity would be challenged in the same way if you moved or altered content. I wonder if the best way to go is to put objects in each of your work areas that you can link to, like a specific icon or photo. Something that would never change or be edited. That could be a way of injecting more personality into a board while staying functional. But even with this, people could still edit t
I would add that even if you aren’t sure of what to present or how to present it, get in contact with @Natalie Larino with any ideas you have and we can work with you on your content to make sure your passion and knowledge are front and center.
Thanks @Marina , I just saw this functionality in action this week and it is awesome!!!
Hey @Olga Sganzerla, To my knowledge, adding people to collaborate once you have a paid account is not possible for free. Day passes are your best bet, or you can use a free account to host your webinar, as they are allowing free collaboration in non-paying accounts right now. I do hope that the pricing model changes soon. I have colleagues that pay for their accounts, and I pay for my account. When I invite them to collaborate, I have to pay for their access, even though we are both already paying customers. That’s a bit frustrating for sure. Good luck! Jon
Thanks so much @Mark J ! I will check it out right away. Jon
This was a great session, all of the contributors had great tips and advice. The miro board that they provided access to has a lot of great info as well. Looking forward to the next one @razburciu!
