About the speaker: 

Nhi Tran is a tech-newbie who graduated as a Business Analyst in 2021. During an internship, she was asked to try out the role of a Scrum Master and she has loved it ever since. She's now working as a Scrum Master in a fintech company where she enjoys working closely with individuals while also having fun at work. Her main responsibility is to provide support and leadership so that the team can focus on building amazing software.

Chema del Barco is the Director of Engineering from Barcelona (Spain) but living in beautiful (and tiny) Luxembourg. He has 15 years of experience managing Quality and Productivity teams in companies all around Europe. At Relay, he’s the Director of Engineering Productivity, which is a team that aims to make Relay’s Development Experience as simple and automated as possible.

Talika Bacon. Originally from Sydney, Australia Talika’s background is HR and Recruitment. Moving to the UK at 19 her career started and she has worked in many of the worlds biggest tech firms. She now calls Copenhagen “hjem” with her role as Scrum Master at Nets, relay.
