Unsolicited Promotional Emails from Miro to Guest Users

I am a consultant using Miro with clients. When I invite them to a board, they begin receiving promotional emails from Miro. Does anyone have this problem and know how to turn these emails off (there is no unsubscribe button on them!)

Hey Dennis,

It’s Anna, Marketing Manager from Miro.

Thank you for your question. Can you please share with me the example of such emails?

Here is an example. I did finally see at the bottom a place to customize updates, but I think users should have the option when they register for the first time, and/or you should add an “Unsubscribe” link next to the “Customize” link. This is industry best practice and, I believe, a more ethical way to manage mailings. MURAL is much better with this aspect of the product.

Thanks for sharing!

It’s our mistake with this type of email, we basically have the unsubscribe link in all onboarding emails and will fix it immediately.
