When attempting to add an icon from the AWS icon set app, I receive a “File source not specified” error. Please advise on steps to troubleshoot and/or remedy the issue.

@Kory Liszt  - Same here. Wow, the following are all not working:

  • Azure icon set → Error: File  source not specified
  • AWS icon set → Error: File  source not specified
  • The noun project → Error: no icons returned shown in my search OR The noun project app sometimes does not even appear in my content creation toolbard.
  • Iconfinder (broken since last week - known to Miro support).
  • UPDATED: Add Cisco icon set to the list. Error: File  source not specified

@Kory Liszt - will you open a Miro Support & Help Center ticket or should I?

@Robert Johnson glad to hear it is not just me. I opened a ticket a few minutes ago. Here is the ticket number for everyone’s reference.

Hi @Kory Liszt @Robert Johnson @Ananda @Sander Lissenburg,

Thank you for reporting the issue! We have fixed it.

Could you please reload the board and check if the icons are working as expected now?

@Marina the issue has been fixed! AWS icons are now working. Thank you for the quick response.

@Marina - for me:

  • AWS icon set → fixed
  • Cisco icon set → fixed
  • Azuure icon set → fixed

The noun project still not returning any icons when I do a search:

And Iconfinder still broken and being worked on.

Hi @Robert Johnson,

Thank you for checking!

I’ve asked the team about the Noun Project and will post an update in the Noun Project Failing thread as soon as I hear back from them.
