Suddenly copy pasting elements on my miro boards is not working anymore. If I try to copy, paste for instance an sticky note it always seems to paste a text element. This happens for all various elements I try to copy. How can this problem be solved. Is there a setting which was by accident triggered which could have caused this? Thanks!
I think, somehow I added three rows to our shared calendar. No idea how, I was adding lines from/to dependent actions.I want to delete the rows, I think, but when I attempt to select the rows the entire calendar moves. I’m assuming I need to unlock something. I’ve found 3 options to unlock, and have selected each of them. None has allowed me to select anything. I’m also concerned that just selecting random unlocks is helping to stabilize our calendar, but have no idea what they do What do I need to do to remove the additional rows? What do the various Lock/Unlock options actually do?
Last week, while facilitating a learning session in Miro, a participant flagged to me about "Sticky Notes gone missing." I wasn't sure what to belief. But it did indeed happen. See screenshot. "Missing Sticky Notes tool"Has anybody else experienced this before? If so, what was the "remedy"?
I was searching for a way to enable contributors to contribute without exposing their content to the group until the facilitator exposes them. This is really helpful in retrospectives so that participants do not influence each other with their input. This feature does exist in Mural (private mode). It also exist in free tools like metroretro but here the participants need to expose their stickies to the group (Not really handy for facilitators to rely on the group). Is it correct that this feature is not available? If so is there already a feature request for this feature?
It’s possible that I’m going mad but I’m sure that when I was on my colleague’s board (as a guest editor, he has the Consultant Plan) that I could use both the bring to me and the Bring everyone to me functionality when in a workshop (we co-deliver together). Has the functionality changed? It doesn’t work today and I’m sure I used it with another group yesterday.
Hi, guys! A guy from my Team accessed my board and afterthat I’ve tried to change some features due to get back my board. Then, I blocked myself to edit the board and so I had to ask him to authorize me to edit. Now, what I have: he is the owner board and I can change any feature. I can remove myself from the board but I can’t remove him. I have a Free Plan. What I have to do? Help me!!! Tk you!
I’m trying to group objects. Intuitively, I simply assumed I would select multiple objects and hit command-G. (I’m on a Mac.) However, that didn’t work. The objects remained separate. So I searched online for the solution, which is this:Grouping is a straightforward process in Miro and uses the shortcut Ctrl + G (Cmd + G on a Mac). You’ll know that you’ve successfully grouped your objects when they quickly blink in and out of view.https://miro.com/blog/seating-chart/#:~:text=Grouping%20objects&text=Grouping%20is%20a%20straightforward%20process,%2B%20Ctrl%2FCmd%20%2B%20G.Despite hitting command-G, I never see the successful response of my objects quickly blinking in and out of view. Literally nothing happens.
