Board administrator left the company

The board administrator has left the company and now none of the other board members can add, delete users or manage the board.

This board is on a free account. 

Can someone help me to find the solution and be able to have control of the board.

@Yanka - If I am understanding you correctly, it sounds like you cannot edit a board because the board owner set it to view-only for the team.

In order for someone to become the new owner of a board in a Free Plan team, a Team Admin will need to remove the current board owner from the team and pick a new owner when prompted.

VERY IMPORTANT

 

If the person who left the Company was the only Team Admin of the Free Plan

If no one can remove the person from your team because the person that left was the only Team Admin, then you can either:

  1. Create a new, paid team space and move your boards there
  2. Create a new Free Plan space, move all members and boards to the new space - I detailed how to do this here.
