We recently got this message on our board:We’re sorry to say that some content on this board is missing due to an incident. Please, open the restored version of this board made on October 8, 2020, at 3.30 am UTC which has all the missing content recovered. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience – Miro team is fully committed to preventing such incidents from happening in the future.But actually we can’t see anything missing on the original board. Are we ok to continue using the original board instead of the restored board? We don’t want to use the restored board because it is missing a days worth of content.If so, will the yellow warning bar disappear from the original board after some time?
Installed Jira Cards, seems that when we now try to use it, it does not properly populate. For example: Searching for a project, does not show list of projects. Everything looks right from a configuration perspective. Almost seems like there is a security setting somewhere we missed.
Our company uses Microsoft Teams as our primary form of communication, so the Miro integration chat within Microsoft Teams has been super useful. When you clicked the link in Microsoft Teams, it used to automatically open the board and drop your cursor over the relevant message. However, for the past few months that feature has been broken, and now everyone just gets a popup that says “Sorry, the linked item has been deleted from this board” (even though the comment bubble has not been deleted). There is a way to find the comment again via the Comments sidebar, but it is roundabout and annoying to do so. Does anyone know a way to get the Microsoft Teams integration working again? The Miro integration in Microsoft Teams. Normally you could follow this link and get redirected to the correstponding Comment bubble.The error popup that happens when you follow the link now.

We are finding we are inviting individuals to our boards, but they are somehow managing to sign up for a 7 day trial (which we don’t want). Is there a way to bypass this so individuals can’t sign up for a 7 day free trial? Thank you Jodie

Hey, I embedded my Gsheet in Miro and it works fine but when I want to do a change or add somethin in the Gsheet directly in Miro it does not work anymore. I have a full license and I am as well the owner of the Gsheet, so I do not understand why I can not do it anymore (some weeks ago it worked!). Has anybody an idea what I can do more? I need it asap. Miro looks to be a great tool for our project, but as we are expanding the timeline as we build it out, I haven’t found how to lock date points and associated shapes/text when expanding timeline. When I pull the end of the arrow timeline, it expands and the points on the timeline move along with it, but the associated text shapes are no longer attached to those dates and are askew. I thank the community in advance for sharing the solution.

Hello! My e-mail has changed but are connected to same Gmail-account. So when I log in with my Google for work-account the old e-mail is registered at Miro. But I can´t change to my new e.mail since it says that it´s allready registered… Can support help me out? I´m on education plan...
I am working on a wireframe and have added several text/dropdown fields. When I update the text in these fields and either refresh or come back to my miro board later, the changes do not save.Has anyone else encountered this issue?All other changes seem to be saving.

Hi there!For the third year I will be coordinating a design course at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences where students have to use a Miro board as a template for their project.Last year i was owner of all boards and a students duo working together on the board got an edit-link. Now since I could not get a read-only link at the same time, students were not able to review boards of other duo’s.This year I would like to get that peer review going. so my question is, how to set up everything in order to get the permission issues right?
I’ve recorded a little screen video to explain it better. I’ve got a text box, with a lot of text. I tap once to mark the text box as “active”. I tap double, to where I want to edit text. The default behaviour is, that the cursor appears *always* at the end of the text. This is means that the board view is scrolling down the text box and I might loose the focus on where I wanted to edit. The CSV file is useful, but it would be even more useful if the file had separate columns for each coloured sticky note. For example, if all my blue sticky notes were ‘challenges’, my table would have a column of just challenges. If all green sticky notes were ‘opportunities’ - my table would have a column for just opportunities etc.
Hi all,I am new at Miro. I downloaded the app (on Mac IOS) and after a test-drive I wanted to upgrade my subscription. However, when I click on the ‘Upgrade’ button (blue in the top right corner) the GUI of the app get’s a bit darker and for five seconds I see it loading and then it all stops and just sits there. I tried the same online and same effect. Not sure what to do next or what could be the cause of the Upgrade not working.
The zoom and navigation controls (bottom left) have recently greyed out on android version but ok on pc. Is this a software bug? I have tried reinstalling but problem still there
1. If we programmatically create users for others can we make them with their personal email accounts? If so, a. How do they set their password? b. Can we programmatically set their password? 2. I imagine users get notifications when they're programmatically invited to a team, or new user account has been created for them; in general, is there a way to control which notifications are sent? I'd like for the app I'm building to control sending notifications by sending out a link to a shared board. 3. I want my users to only see the board shared with them, would they see anything outside of that? I.e. the miro user dashboard/home landing page. a. If so, is there a way to lock their account down?

Hello there; 👋🏻I’ve recently created this Miro account, and I am thrilled to use it in the best way possible.😍However, I am already struggling 🙄. I wanted to create a mindemapping titled: “ Recherche et developpement en entreprise” in english it would be “RESEARCH AND DEVELOPPMENT IN COMPANIES” but it is not working. Miro says : “An error has occurred”.❌I don’t know how to fix this!!!!!! Please, if someone has faced this before, tell me where the problem could be and how to fix it ? I truly appreciate your help.
