Hi

Two weeks ago I discovered that all external guests (20+) were deleted from my Miroboard. And I cannot figure out why this happened and how. Has there been a change in the system? I have NOT deleted all guests and cannot explain or find out what happened.

@Vanessa LS - There are several explainable reasons why this could have happened e.g., a Company Admin saw these users in the Active users admin page and removed them or they disabled the Guests features altogether.

If no one in your organization can explain what happened, the best course of action here would be to open a ticket with Miro’s support team by following these instructions:

Thanks @Robert Johnson. I will check again whether this was due to a change of the Client’s Company Admin. If not, I will open a ticket.
