I've been working on the file for 3 hours today to show it at work. When I finished, I decided to quit the old team so that no one else could see my file.
And after that, I completely lost access to my own file.
I try to follow the invitation link back, the system writes that "I'm already online in this file" and nothing helps me open my own file.

If by “quit” you mean you used the Leave team action, then you will need to ask someone from the team to add you back.
