How do I export into Excel resulting in rows and columns

Is it possible to set up my miro board so that an export can translate swimlanes and items in there into rows and columns in an excel?

Can I remove the gif app?

Hello, I was hoping to use Miro with groups of children through my workplace. We recently looked at the gifs app and discovered that some of the gifs that can be used are not appropriate for our young users. It would be incredible if I could remove this feature, but there does not seem to be an option to do so. Has anyone came across a way to do this?Any help would be appreciated :)

How to turn off 2-factor authentication (starter Miro plan)

I have a “starter” plan in Miro. Suddenly, during logging in,  it is asking the two-factor authentication without even explaining the process. How to turn it off? I can't see any option in the profile settings panel.All best,Marta

Any celebratory widgets / apps out there?

Hello - Kudos for the delivery of the celebration effect 🎆I’m now looking for a more specific celebratory effect that is embedded within an object on a Miro board.I would like each of my participants in an interactive workshop to open a digital object - for example a letter/parcel/gift - and only when their cursor clicks on it I would like the object to explode with colour - like a firework AI effect. Then, I would like it to spill out the words congratulations [insert name] and a bespoke message to them (recognising their name as they are logged in). Then, I would love for that individual to then be gifted a personalised digital certificate (a downloadable bespoke PDF).  Does such a feature exist and if so where is it and how can I use it ASAP? And, if not, why not?! :D This would be fab and much appreciated.Many thank yous!

Linked Kanban Boards or Tasks

Is there a way to duplicate or link Kanban cards within Miro?  Ex, I may have several different sections of a board dedicated to different projects.  Within these sections I may have dedicated project-specific kanban boards, but I’d also like to have a “master” kanban board so I can see everything amongst all projects out there.Is there a way to do this in Miro?  Preferably one that is bidirectional, such that updating in one place (be it the central/master, or project-specific) updates in the other?

Asana + Miro: Attach task to Miro

Hi,I am able to create a task in Asana and attach it to a specific board in Miro, however the task doesn’t appear in Miro automatically. I can only manually add tasks, even those not attached to the board. How can I make tasks to transfer automatically?

Why do I have only one board available for editing on free plan?

Hello everyone!Recently I had to switch to the Free plan and I started to have only 3 active boards (most recently created). But as I deleted some of the active boards to get access to inactive, I couldn’t manage to do so, for some reason I only decreased the amount of active boards.. So I only have one active board now 😥. Do you know how can I fix that?

Clickable Expand HELP PLEASE :)

Hello I would like to create a chart/graph with 3 main bubbles and then once someone clicks on one of the bubbles, that certain bubbles expands into a new bubble that shows more information, then if they click that bubble with the information, it then expands into another bubble and so on. Is there anybody that can recommend a way for me to get this done quickly?  Thank you very much :)

Transitioning from free plan to starter plan and loss of boards

I am currently a member within a team in the free Miro plan. I will need to create more than 3 boards which exceeds the amount allowed in the free plan so will upgrade to the starter plan with a single membership.  I plan to use the same email in the upgraded plan.The starter plan has additional steps that must be taken to reduce the number of members from the minimum 3 to 1. I am not the team admin so cannot delete the other members.What steps can be taken to purchase a single membership AND not lose my previously created boards?

[BUG] Issue with indented bullets with hyperlink

When text boxes include indented bullets with hyperlinks, they are automatically moved to a new independent line.   The hyperlink acts fine when the text box is edited. Please fix this ASAP, as I believe it was not an issue a while ago.When text box is selectedWhen the same text box is unselected

Preview excel file visually and on click of anywhere of that it should take to original file.

In miro board, I want to embed excel in a way that the snapshop preview is visible in board and on click of anywhere of that snapshot it should take to the original location of the excel file. The excel file is saved in sharepoint of my company.  I kind of tried it once with one test file and it looks something as attached. But now i cant remember what I did in first place to get it. On click of object this toolbar appears but I dont know what I did in first place. I can see nice preview of excel file.   After retrying multiple options like embed url, or url the link is enabled on right corner (which is what I dont want). I want to click anywhere on the excel preview and then it should take to original file.

AWS Group incorrect behavior - is always above other items

Hi,This is rather a bug report, not a question.I’m a pretty experienced miro user (like 5 years of every-week, professional use).Recently I started drawing AWS diagrams, using AWS templates. I noticed that “AWS Group” object behaves incorrectly. E.g. totally different from a frame or standard rectangle.Bring back doesn’t work, neither by a shortcut nor by context menu. Its edges are above normal connection lines. If I however, bring such a covered line into front, then it’s correct, but apparently after continuing the work, the AWS group gets back to front by itself. Cannot click some objects that are inside the group. E.g., I have a small circle from standard shapes inside the group, but It’s hard to click it (select / gaining focus, you name it). Like all the time, it’s the group that gets the selection (focus), not the item. The same applies to some connecting lines. I cannot tell what makes some items clickable and some not.Something is incorrect there, and it’s frustrating, it bur

Text edits not saved

For the past few days, I've been experiencing the following problem: When I edit text fields, the changes are not saved. Only after reloading the browser do the changes to the text appear. Can anyone help? Cheers Thomas

Unable to convert users to team admins

I am the team-admin and want to convert other users to team-admins as well. Unfortunately I only can choose: “user information” or “remove from team”. There is no “Grant Team Admin”. Any idea why this happens? Thank you!

The problem with accessing your own file

I've been working on the file for 3 hours today to show it at work. When I finished, I decided to quit the old team so that no one else could see my file.And after that, I completely lost access to my own file. I try to follow the invitation link back, the system writes that "I'm already online in this file" and nothing helps me open my own file.

payment method issue

 I wanted to upgrade to Starter plan with 1 member - as I’m a freelancer.I tried it on desktop via app and then browser.Nothing seems to work and I see that it’s a reoccuring problem for many of us.Please advice as soon as possible.

Change font size for the entire visual table

Hi,I can only change the font size for each table Field seperatly.That's very cumbersome.However, I do not succeed in changing all table fields with a single click.How is that supposed to work?Who knows the solution.?Thanks so muchGuenter
