How do I get Miro to stop showing the same changelog notifications all the time?

Or, in fact, any changelog notifications, ever. I don’t want that stupid badge sitting on the help menu.

I’ve disabled all but essential cookies, and when I go into the help menu in the desktop app and click into What’s New, then click Mark all read, it only clears the unread dots until I close that dialog; as soon as I’m back to the regular screen, the notification badge shows up again with the same unread changelog entries. Restarting does not help.

Is this a feature that requires non-essential cookies to be disabled, e.g. always-on nagware to try to annoy users into allowing more privacy violations?
